My name is Allen and I LOVE excellent sound. I've been researching what my next hi-fi system will be and I'm looking really hard at the gr-research NX-Treme DIY kit. Other than quality control concerns on some of the drivers, I've not heard a negative thing about them (other than the fact that it is DIY). I love feeling like I'm maximizing value / quality and those seem to strike the right balance. The only thing I don't love about going the gr-research route is I really want to do a 7.4 type of setup and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the SPL's and proper atmos type setup with that setup...
