No Rez for SW-12-04 Sub cabinet

No Rez for SW-12-04 Sub cabinet

Hello friends,

I'm a retired classical musician, and new to this interesting world of DIY speakers.  I'll have some newbie questions going forward.

This brings me to today's question: how much No Rez does one need for the SW-12-04 sub cabinet, ie. 1 or 2 sheets?  Does it go literally everywhere except the braces?  If it's on the website, I've certainly missed it.
