Title: Footer Question for X-3, x-5 Owners/Clayton

Can anyone help?  I received my  Isoacoustics Gaia new footers today and have no problem on 6/8 of them, but on one speaker, two of the spikes won't come off.  They are "locked" and just spin when I turn them, and I cannot grip the base as it is a metal cone!  Any Advice??
