An update on calls to Bryston: There is no one answering the phone on any line except sales. Finally I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone, and as expected they were wonderfully patient and helpful. I hesitate to suggest everyone flood sales with support calls, but for the sake of a simple tech question, this proved effective.
