Any chance you could add an archive of data on your previous products to your website?  I see old AVA for sale and it is hard to find specifics, sometimes.   Thank you.

And cast the net for schematics since AVA gear runs forever if not abused (and maybe sometimes even then). SOMEBODY has to have some in their attic somewhere!

What are you looking for?

Audio by Van Alstine has been in business a long time.  So it would be easier to look for a specific product.

You can start and learn a few things, though some of the info is a bit dated, from his Audio Basics newsletter.

Thank you for the suggestion. AVA will look into adding a section on our website with information on our previous products. This will take some time to do, but not a bad idea.

As far as sharing schematics, this is not something we want to do. Our engineers like to look back at our old designs for future inspiration.

We should look at AVA as a country, and we are all ITAR restricted foreign entities!

Too obscure? :green:

ITAR is International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Basically, it prohibits exporting sensitive information or products to flagged countries. Think of AVA's schematics as the sensitive information that, if fallen into the wrong hands could be used to potentially undermine them!
