Do you have a preference?

EP posts sound great but tend to strip very easily if you're not careful.  I've had them on several pieces of gear (BEL amps, for example).

I have the Cardas patented type (single knob) on my Merlins and love them.

Won't these already be installed by Danny/Denny on the LS9s were are refering to in this thread/circle or are you refering to the LS9s from AV123?

Sean is referring to the LS6/9's produced by AV123.

Speaking of binding posts, has anyone tried the new WBT-0710 Cu or Ag?  I wonder how they are compared to others such as Cardas or Mundorf.

Tonight, as I was working on a horse shelter for my wife's and daughter's horses, my wife said, ah honey I am so grateful for all the work you have done so we can have horses to ride.

So I saw an opening and said "grateful enough to let me build some speakers this high" - 5'-8" LS 6 height. She said as long as they were not those ugly ones she saw on my computer.  http://www.audiocircle.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-13500

I said, naw. those are the new Kefs and are about 130,000.00. Some say they don't sound all that great either.

So there you have it boys. The art of audio and what it takes to get WAF on some LS 6's.

Maybe I should have gone for the 9 yards and held up my hand to the LS 9 height?

I guess I will have to start budgeting.

Our first pair of LS-9's are dry mocked up. Can you say Big?

The side panels alone weigh 64 lbs apiece, without any damping material added.  :o

These are gonna be monsters!   :weights:
