I've upgraded the ram to 8 gb (the max) and added Amara HiFi, which is a VERY nice upgrade over standard iTunes. It's got a 320 gb hard drive and all the usual connections, USB, Firewire, Ethernet, etc. Has OS 10.6.8 installed, which is my favorite. This model still has the external power supply, so it's easily upgradeable.
