Hi Jason, I would want a clarification on the procedure of upgrade mine nuforce 9SE V1, I am italian but I have buys them from Audiogon: as I can make, I send them to you in the  factory, or send to the Italian distributor of Nuforce (than I think will not want to make me the upgrade........  8) )

You will have to negotiate with your distributor.  We'll perform the upgrade only if he doesnt want your business.

Sorry, my English isn't that good either, even though I have been in the US of A for more than 20 years.
What I meant is that your distributor gets to sell you the upgrade and keep you as a customer. Therefore I doubt he will turn away your business.

Distributor and dealer all get a piece of the upgrade business because they have to perform their specific roles (distributor has to perform the upgrade and dealer has to continue to demo V2 products). NuForce just sell them the parts.
