I'd like to start a thread listing the PlayStation online Gamer IDs and games we play.

Mine: KryptosPhantom

PS3 games I play: GT5 and MW2

Times I can be found online: 7:30 - 11:00pm CST weeknights. weekends are "whenever"

My son "stole" my gamer ID, so if you see "BobinStLouis", that was suppose to be me.

Be careful with him though, he's pretty good at shooters. He has the ability to spank his ol' man at least 3:1.

Now that a bunch of us have PS3's and Gran Turismo 5 we should all kick each others butt's around the track!!! I don't have a headset yet but this may be the time to do that.

My tag is: eclein

I'm gonna ad folks to my friends list, I guess the best way to vet this is if you post your gamer tag here, its your way of saying "its OK to ad me to your friends list"
Does that work for everybody??

With a Bluetooth headset (its just like a cell phones) we can all talk to each other while we race....very cool, trash talkin, racin fools.

The cheapies (like mine) are between $30-$40.
The King-Mack-Daddy units would be something like the Turtle Beach brand or the Tritons.
They have 7.1 headsets. Yea....there's actually multiple drivers in each ear piece.

No, they don't make it any more. In fact, it's an old Jabra somebody gave me a couple years ago.

I've seen various brands on store shelves pretty cheap.

I bought the Sony one for my son. It's the unit that's specifically made to use with the PS3.
It was like $45 if I recall.

It's cool for downloading free, mindless arcade games... I don't really use it that much. I'm sure there are other perks I haven't tried out yet but I just thought I'd give it a try.
