The solid state amp looks very interesting. I was wondering if it was based on Icepower, Hypex, or some other module. Would you please write a bit about it? So many class D amps go for absolutely huge wattage that they are impractical overkill for most speakers. Nightshade Audio has made a practical design a reality. Oh, by the way,  can the on/off switch be moved to the front? Thanks.

I have been using either Class D audio or Sure's boards. The power supply, wiring and enclosures are custom made.

The power switch can be move up front and these can be made with integrated inputs as well.

Note: I will be working on an active integrated tube front end for these too.

While cleaning up the old shop, I found a couple of nice, hefty transformers for a 250/channel Class D modules. I have a feeling a tube front end will be installed in both these amps. For now, I am working on a new look for them.
