Ribbon Tweeter Issue...Help Please.
« on: 5 Jul 2006, 02:08 am »
I have noticed that the ribbon tweeters in my HT3s seem to be sagging.  They are no longer flat like a wall, but have a pronounced "sag" or "bulge", as if there were too much ribbon for the space.  Is there a way of adjusting this and is it affecting the sound?  They still sound good, but I am concerned.

This would be a damaged ribbon. This can be from air, ect
These can be repaired. Now blow a dome tweeter and that is not the same issue.
Anyway email we have replacment films. Not a big deal to repair.
