Title: how to isolate motor to further limit vibration

I have mounted my WTC square motor upon adjustable isolation cones.  Is there a better way to isolate this motor from the table.
I wonder how much vibration actually gets to the platter from the belt to the records.
Also does the WTC motor vibrate less or more when using a speed controller that runs the motor faster or does the WTC motor vibrate less or more when using a speed controller that runs the motor slower
