I'm new to the single driver crossoverless speaker crowd but it certainly appeals to my minimalist nature.

Did the Model 2 make it into production yet? The website lists only up to 1.5 Tower. Looks like the diffrence is lower bass with the 2. Any other sonic differences?

I believe the Type 2 and 4 are no longer available due to a simplification of the product line.
