No, it's not as elegant or as artistic, but what the heck.  Small town Arkansas is quite clever . . . Eureka Springs.

....

Hey!

Now that's a catchy name for a music store.

Take care,
Buddy :thumb:

Hey!

Randy, that's super cool and surreal. Reminded me of surrealist paintings like those from Rene Magritte. :D

Take care,

I really like your image, Randy... modern and abstract while combining the natural forms of sky and clouds with the steel and glass...

Your photo reminded me of a pic I took in downtown Dortmund, Germany some years back. I dug it up, and it's a similar theme. Here ya go :thumb:

Thanks for your picture and comment.  I owe you some thanks for taking those great pics of the Snowberry Clearwing Hummingbird Moth!  We get that same creature in our front gardens and until you posted your pictures and description, I always thought that they were hummingbirds(which we have in abundance as well with all of our feeders in the back of the house).

Randy

Hi all Audio Circle members.

A few days ago I've posted a similar picture to this one,
but now instead of rain, it's morning fog.
I like the sun trying to make is way through the fog.
This event only happens one or two times a year.

Hi all Audio Circle members.
Rain again today, but before it started to rain,
we had a nice view of some menacing clouds.

Hi Bob in St-Louis and all Audio Circle members.
It's too bad you did not get a closer shot at the Ford burgundy (Red) car.
Look like a convertible.
I love the front grill of that car.

Hey!

You're welcome. His works are great aren't they?

Beside Salvador Dali, Rene Magritte is my favorite surrealist painter. I like his style. Luckily two of my favorite museums here in NYC have some of his work, the Met and MoMA. Currently MoMA have two of his paintings on view.... "The Empire of Light II" and "The False Mirror"

http://www.moma.org/collection/browse_results.php?artistFilterInitial=&criteria=O%3AAD%3AE%3A3692&page_number=1&template_id=10&sort_order=1

I was just there on Wed. I usually stop by to see them every time I'm there. Lucky me there will be a big exhibition of his painting next month at MoMA with loans from other museums, can't wait!!!!!!

If you ever in NYC make sure you go to MoMA and the Met. :D

Take care,
Buddy :thumb:
