Somethings brewing....

The room:

DIY ATS absorbers for front wall (including behind tv...), 3 2x4 panels will cover 72” of the 96 inch width.

A few more braces, fabric, and cleats to go!

Thanks! Probably flat against the front wall there behind the tv. May leave room for more treatments in those corners tho

Good looking space, and quite an acoustical challenge.  Lots of corners for sound to misbehave.
Yeah, I'd say that area around the tv is the place to start.

Finished and wrapped. Temporarily placed the outboards on the floor pending mounting flat in the wall. Liking the results so far, no measurements yet.

Those are very professional looking, nice work! When I was initially placing mine (GIK) they were most effective straddling the corners on the front wall up close to the ceiling and a six inch thick panel in the center where yours is.Another guy solved getting reflections off of his tv with small panels on stands on each side of his tv.If course neither of us have a big beautiful room such as yours:-)Happy Thanksgiving and enjoy!

Thanks for the kind words! They took about 2x as long to complete as I had planned, but I am pleased so far!

Now I’m considering straddling the corners. Hmmm.
