Greetings, I am new to this forum. Thanks to the many contributors for all the great information.
I have a question that hopefully someone might be able to answer. Where can I get grease for the arm lifter that goes with the Amadeus? Either the stuff that originally came with the unit or a suitable substitute will do. The mechanism appears to require a very thick grease, much denser than the standard NLGI #2 that is sold in automotive stores. On another forum someone who has worked on Technics arm-lifters recommended RC diff oil 300,000 cst which is readily available on e-Bay. I have not tried it yet.
Anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance.
