System Overview

I used to frequently visit AC between 2003-2004. I was one of several members who bought nOrh speakers and electronics. 19 years later my 2 channel system still includes nOrh marble 9.0 speakers in active biamp with two nOrh Multiamps and a CD-1. They still sound great. I also have an exceptional Marantz TT-151S turntable, Bryston preamp, ASL tube phono pre & a Bluesound Node streaming device. I still use solid silver interconnects I purchased at intro pricing on AC around 2003, but I’m still not sure if they sound better than copper. My 7.1 channel system in the TV room is built around the lowest tier Emotiva equipment, Gallo Strada & A'Diva speakers and an 8" sub. This equipment is all circa 2012. I'l probably replace the aging electronics with a Denon receiver soon. My desktop system includes Topping 50 series components, a Nuprime STA-9 amp, excellent Wharfedale Evo 4.2 speakers, my Lenovo notebook PC and Audeze headphones I rarely use. My Wharfedale Evos replaced Wharfedale Diamond 5s I purchased in 1996, and my Nuprime amp replaced a Hypex NC252mp.
