FS: Systemdek IIX w/Sumiko arm

This is a nice example of the spring suspension, belt driven TT. It comes with a Sumiko arm and a Grado cartridge. Needs a new needle if desired (bent). It still has it's stock glass platter and lambs wool mat. It runs well. Has a few hairline scratches. In great condition. Does not come with a dustcover.

$300 OBO. Sold

Grado sig. 8 if I'm not mistaken? Good cart. I had several. Grado will probably be able to retip this and someone will have a very nice intro tt. for a very good price. The cart. alone was 250 in its day. The arm is the equivalent of a Rega 250 in quality. There are any number of simple tweaks to enhance this kind of deck. Nice rug in the back....sorry to butt in.

even if the arm has been "siliconed", if you don't like it, you can remove it easily enough. yust like on the ft-3 arm.

Thanks Doug, wasn't aware. Excellent. I owned the MMT when it came out 25-odd years ago. Hope I get this one and the cartridge would be a first-timer for me with Grado. Have a place in England that would re-tip it.
