Have fished network assembly and was ready to work on box internals but none of my tools work on screw to open them. Could anyone inform me as to what tool will work. Seems an odd screw. Thanks so much.

You will want to use an allen wrench or Hex key to remove and replace the hardware. Just a word of caution: The MDF used by Klipsch is pretty flimsy. You should take good care removing the screws so as to retain the integrity of the wood. .

Let’s see

Putty knife, or tile scraper (works magic)
Bit assortment for Allen, Philips and flat head as well a driver to hold the bits. Or, Allen set, Philips and flat head.
8mm socket, or pliers, needle nose pliers help too.
Plastic sponger  (plastic crowbar for like removing glass screens for IPhones, or something like so to remove the trim rings around the drivers
Heat gun
Hot glue gun
Solder iron
Some wood for the networks, zip ties, and screws to hold down the networks.
A nice pair of scissors or a good fine saw to cut the no res, unless you have a portable table saw, then use that.
Uni-bit that goes to 7/16th if you got tube connectors.
Pair of Diagonal cutters, more commonly known as Dykes
Wire strippers, something that will do 16awg.

All I can think of this second. I’m sure I’m missing some.

The screws on my RP-8000 are metric hex set, 3.0 mm to be exact.  It's probably a good bet that your speakers are the same screw size.
