Just lay them out according to the diagram, and connect them as shown. All caps and resistors should be oriented so that text reads left to right, inductors are less important with which side is in or out.
However inductors need to be mounted perpendicular to one another, with the large one laying down, and smaller one standing up like this chart here.
Be sure your crossover layout/board can easily fit inside, (be sure to account for the volume of the Norez as well) and that all your connections are securely twisted before soldering them together.
