Bryston 4B Cubed XLR ?
« on: 28 Feb 2021, 01:38 am »
Hi everyone, Hope you are all well.

I was dreaming of my next upgrade..... Some saving will be needed.
Looking at the Bryston 4B Cubed, most of the images I've seen are amp with TRS balanced connections. I have found the rare picture with XLR connectors. Is the default TRS ? is XLR inputs an upgrade ?. Just seems curios that Bryston defaults to the TRS balanced input. Most amp makers are RCA or XLR, not often do you see TRS. Love to hear some discussion on this. Maybe its a Bryston thang ?
Thanks

Hi

If you look closely you will see an outer-ring around the TLS - that is where the standard XLR plugs in.

Stupid question sorry, didn't realize it was a dual functioning port.
