selecting cables

I testing interconnections cable with my bridged opa549 amp. So far I like my homemade cables(HP cat5). I have tried generic,solution and monster cable(interlink 200). Next on the list is monster cables(M850i and M950i)

Has anyone had the same or different experience.

You're probably going to want to keep away from anything Monster related when it comes to audio. I resect their video cables, but their audio stuff has never sounded good to me.
