Ever replace a dying or aged 6H30?

Does anyone have any experience with aged 6H30 DR tubes? I am wondering what they might sound like as they get old and lose their typical sound.

I am having some grain and harshness issues with my system so I'm starting to look at possible causes.

System looks like this at the moment...

MW TP with EML 5U4 and Black Treasures.
MW 36.5 + 36.5 PSU 6H30 DR and Mullard GZ34 fat black bases.
BAT VK 600se.

The grain could be from the TP set up but this would be something new.

Maybe the BTs or the EML have changed/aged? I swapped out the TP for my MW Sony 9100es and the grain and harshness was very much improved.

I am not looking forward to sorting this out...
