 I see driver setup downloads for Windows 7/10 and XP but have a Windows 8.1 computer . What can I do? Thanks..

Rather than starting a new thread, I'll post my very newbie question here.. Is it safe to use a 10 foot, 16 AWG, 300V extension cord with the DAC-10H? This would be my only option for the time being, until I find an electrician.

Thicker would be better but for now it will work with no problem.

  Go to your local hardware store and buy a 12 gauge 3 prong out door extension cord. Should be orange colored.

Umm, don't think that's going to work on the DAC-10.  You need an EIC plug for the female end.

I used the extension cord for maybe an hour or two but then switched to headphones so I didn't have to. Thanks for the replies..
