Yep, I saw him back in the mid 70s. I like a lot of singer songwriters. I have 8 JB albums. David Lindley played guitar on his earlier albums.

I saw Jackson Browne open for Dave Mason in 1973. Great concert, right before his second album was released. I dropped out after Late For The Sky...I did see him about two years ago at Interlochen here in Michigan. He did a solo concert, had a large dolly full of guitars, picked one at a time, told a story, played a song. I think it would be better with a backup band.

Alice Cooper  ~  Billion Dollar Babies

Warner Bros.

Green label bodes well for sound quality, potential first issue before the Burbank California WB labels.

Fleetwood Mac  ~  Then Play On

Reprise

Go Bob Go! Steamboat label always a good sign. Earliest ones sometimes three colors, I don't know when they switched to two color labels like this one.

I haven't been around much...The lack of the Gold Label record award could mean that this is a ROBERT LUDWIG PRESSING! Yes???

Nice find P-man. One of, if not his best solo imo.  :thumb:

They really sound nice. Sabbath & Deep Purple lp's are always a treat with these labels also.

Not sure when they switched, my kind of Mac.

Good catch, it's an RL. Nice sounding album. I think the entire neighborhood heard it that night.

Muddy Waters ~ Electric Mud

Quote
Electric Mud is the fifth studio album by Muddy Waters. Released in 1968, it imagines Muddy Waters as a psychedelic musician. Producer Marshall Chess suggested that Muddy Waters record experimental, psychedelic blues tracks with members of Rotary Connection in an attempt to revive the blues singer's career.

The album peaked at #127 on the Billboard Pop Albums chart. It was controversial for its fusion of electric blues with psychedelic elements, but was influential on psychedelic rock bands of the era.
