Nice CB, long time Harvey fan.  :thumb:

Thanks AD! It's a killer lp indeed. Mandel really tears it up! Work on a Saturday? Tell me it's not true!  :o

See you later!  :thumb:

Hey CB - this is the house office/listening room. Shuffling/filing paperwork, bills, etc., though I was in the office-office at the other end of the house this morning. No rest for the self employed.  :icon_twisted:

I hear you! I was self-employed nearly all of my life in the printing business. I moved to Az (2000) at 45 and work for a printing company here. I dig it and Arizona is awesome after being a Chicagoan for 45 years. I don't know where you are but as Jim Morrison once said "The West is the Best". :D

Cheers!  Bob

Finally on vinyl . . . .

Know what you mean Bob, I moved west in the mid '70s to escape the humidity, and find work. I did a stint in Chitown, '67-71 at IIT. Interesting time & place.  8) Am currently 'bout half way between Seattle & Tacoma, a tad north of you. Cheers to you  :thumb: JD

One of my favorite Savoy Brown's there. And for one of the best opening guitar runs around........

Me too! James Dewar was a major force behind that trio. Luckily for me I saw them in concert they came out with Bridge of Sighs a month after the album release! They were awesome!!!!!!!!! King Crimson was the headliner. An incredible evening! Cheers!

CB,

Seriously tho. I saw Trower back around 77 with Golden Earring, awesome show. Sound’s like you and your wife grew up around the same time I did. In that case, check out Tesla. I never did listen to them much back in the day (cause of Rush) but I really enjoy Tesla now.

The Black Crowes
"The Southern Harmony and Musical Companion"

A most excellent sophomore release from the Crowes.
