I’ve just gotten this installed in my system today.  This the pre I wanted 20+ years ago but stuck with Omegastar EC. Still had a house payment and a new son.  Listening to Charles Lloyd and the Marvels and grinning ear to ear. I called Frank a couple months ago to ask him what he would upgrade first, he said get the SET120, but when I saw this on the used page late one Friday I couldn’t pass it up.   Thank you Frank for always making quality product😊

Well the plan had been to buy the SET120😊, might still happen. I don’t need all that power of the 600r. I rarely hit 90db. I listen in the relative near field. This preamp is everything I had read. I was never really wanting with the Omegastar until I hear this. The headphone amp is incredible. 👍
