I purchased this brand new direct from the JDS Labs website one month ago. I still have all original boxes, packaging, and haven’t yet registered the 2 year warranty, so I believe it could transfer to new owner.

Reason for selling is simply that I love tubes and found a great deal on a fully tubed Woo amp (6x the $).
This little Atom made both my Senn HD6xx (300 ohm) as well as my more efficient Focal Elex (80 ohm) sound wonderful. Dead silent, great dynamics and very good tone and detail. Google for many positive reviews. I think this is top dog for the price point.
