Jeff's dark walnut HT3's

Jeff wanted HT3's in curly walnut, but wanted them very dark. 

We found some very nice curly walnut, but it was not dark enough for Jeff's taste.

We used some dark walnut aniline dye on the plinths just to check out the color.  When I sent Jeff a photo, he asked that I make them slightly darker.  So we shot a few coats of more concentrated dye to arrive at the color we were looking for.

These are incredible.  They look very familiar to the pair you built me recently just a different wood but very beautiful. 

Incredible work as usual Jim.
