I have a Khartago I bought in like 2016. It’s got the upgraded WBT speaker posts. I am hooking up Silversmith Fideliums and getting no sound. If I switch back to my old cables it’s business as usual.
What might I be doing incorrectly?
-
Can you snap a couple of pics of the Fideliums connected? Hard to imagine they don't work at all.
-
Put the multimeter on the cable and test for resistance/conductivity.
-
Did you find a workaround? Pics of the binding posts on both the amp and the speakers would help immensely. I think I know what's going on here (or rather not) and pictures will tell me if my theory is correct.

In the event that you don't have proper alloy to alloy contact ,
you might need some of these adaptors ....

I think you and I are on the same bage, Bonk. These are the binding posts in question

And

These require the adapters Bonk referred to.
OP, ya got yer ears (and eyes) on?

Hopefully the OP will post back and let us know he's got it squared away .
