There was a thread on great companies to deal with but companies are made up by the people who own them or work for them.
There's a lot of stuff on great gear, great companies and the like but people make these products and run or work for these companies.
Who would you nominate as going above and beyond the call of duty?  What people in the audio industry are just great to deal with? 
If we get enough nominations to warrant it, I'll put together an alphabetical list and the nominees can buy us dinner (fat chance)!
We all know how cheap they are.

The guys at Martin-Logan who, when I walked in the factory door with blown 'stat panels, treated me like a king, ran some tests, showed me around, fixed me up with new panels, and taught me how to replace them.  All in less than an hour.  May not be the owners, but the owners surely empowered them to give such great service.
