I'm looking at getting into a Tact unit to balance some very odd peaks in the presence region, and to bring up the bass a bit.  I'll probably be using the digital and analog capabilities.

Looking on Agon, a used 2.0 is about $1,000 cheaper than a 2.0s.  I wrote Tact and they said an upgrade from 2.0 to guise would be about $2k.

Anybody had both?  Any thoughts on how much the upgrade brings to the party?

      Lots of folks there have owned all the TacT equipment. I've had a 2.0 for the past week and it's done more for my system than I would have believed.

Mike:  I have the 2.0S which is equivelent to the 2.2x except for cosmetics and sub crossovers.  The 2.0 is an old version with much less processing power for the DSP's.  If your going to use the internal DAC I believe the 2.0 is 96k while the 2.0S and 2.2x are 192.  Hope this helps.
