Are those tweeters an upgrade for what I have pictured?

I have split off the messages that precede this one into their own thread.

The sticky thread entitled "Original and Replacement Drivers for VMPS Speakers" is a reference for VMPS owners who are upgrading their speakers, not a conversation.  A decade from now, someone should be able to refer to that and find what driver they should order to replace a blown tweeter, woofer, etc. in their VMPS speaker.
