Seems like every year Christmas preparation starts earlier and earlier.
In Costco this year, it started in early Sept
To those in the Audio World CES prep is the same way.
If you don't reserve your room(s) and "pre-register" then you could be driving in from some hotel "outside" of Sin City everyday.
I was lucky this year, and found a severly "mis-priced" room at the Alexis Park (only about a week ago) for $74 a night!!!!
Since many of the HIGH END rooms (including VMPS) will be at the St Tropez and the Alexis Park, this was a real find.
I don't know if any more of those are avaialble, or if they have "re-priced" them (should have been at least $100 more) but if anyone is getting ready, I can give you the web address.
I confirmed with Alexis Park that I have a reservation, so it is not a scam.
In any event, you might also want to go to the CES site and "pre-register" for your badge and such, even if you are not sure if you're going or not.
