Transporter Screen (left) Dead. Help.
« on: 9 Aug 2009, 02:28 pm »
I just hooked up a transporter which was a breeze but now the left screen is black and sill not respond, nor will the buttons on the left side. They all worked last night. I tried reseting and rebooting and nothing. Any help?

Sounds like a bad board.  Logitech's phone and forum support is very good, though; call/post to them.  Is this the one you are selling?

no, figures this is mine! i actually would rather it happen to me but still a drag.

i did email support, phone support is during business hours only. i also started a thread on their general board.

thanks for the reply, i am beginning to think you are correct. sounds pretty damn good though!

You might also want to try a xilix reset:

did nothing. hard to see if it actually reset because it would appear in the left screen.

Sorry it didn't work, it was worth a try.

Hopefully the Slim Devices forum might come up with ideas, if not I've found the Logitech tech support for the TP to be very good.
