Sixteen gold gloves in a row, same team, same position for his entire career.  The Hoover.  Easily the best third baseman in history, possibility the finest defenseman of all time at any position.  RIP Brooks.

Best defensive, no doubt, but overall, my vote goes to Michael Jack Schmidt. He was 'the' complete package.
