Gives people time to plan. Make travel arrangements. Make hotel arrangements. Arrange time off. Reschedule appointments.

No reason to miss it.

Update: no word yet if CAF 2020 is cancelled or will continue. Word is Gary Gill is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Damned if you do/damned if you don't. But, they have until August to cancel or not.

I was thinking about it: I don't believe that CAF will happen this year, and restaurants would be not having normal dining. We will have to wait and see, and play it by ear.

Now, I was recently thinking: as a back up plan,  if someone wants to host a meet where we can eat and drink (even if we order from multiple places). Just have music playing in the background, eat actual food, drink, argue about audio, and enjoy ourselves.

Capitol Audio Fest is officially cancelled for this year, with expectations it will go on next year.
