Title: vacuum tubes in the city
Post by: Ryerse Rocks on 24 Nov 2007, 11:58 pm
My wife will be visiting Denver early in the new year and she might have a chance to pick up some tubes for me. The problem of course is that we have no idea if or where one could purchase tubes in Denver. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I would have thought that maybe one of you Mile Highers would have responded to my query. Don't any of you own tubed equipment and live in Denver? Boy, 97 "looks" and no response. Thanks guys.

Might try "Lord Valve" (or Fat Willie) at NBS Electronics on Broadway.  http://www.nebsnow.com/LordValve

Cheers!

Hmm, somehow missed this. Sad to say I live far enough out of town that I buy almost all my tubes off the web but even if I was closer I don't know of any good suppliers. Mikhail that owns Single Power offers tubes but I don't know if he offers them for sale on a walk in basis. I'd give them a call.
