I sent the Piccolo off to Jim for a problem that might have been a blown SMD. Got it back all checked out and began to play some of the best sounds ever from the Cornet 2. The Ace loves the 220 Ohm loading.
Then the gain selector went intermittent and inspection revealed it had been damaged. The rotating part was weebling.
Sigh.
