I have a 2010 Mac Mini, running Snow Leopard (10.6..  I've followed the various setup guides/tips, including going into Terminal and killing Finder, which gives me the "Quit Finder" option.

My problem is that I will open one of my music apps, say Amarra Mini or Audirvana + and get music started and then use the "Quit Finder" option to shut down finder.....but when the music app finishes playing the 1st track and moves to the next (or if I 'track forward'), Finder automatically reopens....

Anybody have any tips for what I'm doing wrong?

Update:  the problem is only happening with Amarra Mini (in "Amarra" mode).  It does not happen using Audirvana +.  I will shoot the Sonic Studio's folks a message.
