I can vouch for the incredible build quality of Salamander Designs. I have 3 Synergy Single wide cabinets (1 tall one for my AV components, 1 matching one for my media, and 1 half-height one for future Amplifier expansion). 

I love Synergys because they can be customized extensively. I own the white maple ones with black remote control pass-through front plates.

Downside is that they are not cheap, but this high-end quality (NOT IKEA!!!), and as such they are worthy matches for the craftsmanship of Salk speakers.

Here is my original post with more photos before I got the new cabinet. The photos at the beginning give a better idea of the arrangement. We wanted more separation between the two towers so the left one is positioned on the other side of the fireplace rather than where the sub is located. That would have been too close together given the size of the room and sitting area.
