Interruptions when playing music from Qobuz on BR-20

Hello, I am experiencing the following issue:
- I add a Qobuz playlist to the BR-20 queue using the Moose’s media player
- I start playing the playlist but randomly after 3-4 songs I hear nothing, the display still shows the song name but all bitrate leds are off (see image)
- there’s nothing I can do but power cycling the BR-20 to hear music again



Anybody experienced this? How to solve?

Hi Alan

I use Qobuz and so far no issue.
Are you using a wired ethernet - maybe network related?
Are other sources all OK?

Thanks James, I connected the BR-20 to my router using a cable. Before I had a Cambridge CXN v2 connected to the network in the same way and had no issue. I tried a network reset pulling the knob of the BR-20 in the System menu but nothing changed.

Balanced connection is working fine, I tried with my CD player and sound fantastic. I have no other device connected.

As I said if I power cycle the BR-20 everything work as before but after playing few songs I have to do it again. Is there a way to restart MPD without power cycling the entire BR-20?

Hi, in settings I have only this option, anyway Adam and Chris are looking into it.
