I bought a Don Sach's Pre-amp about 5 Years, which I really like and is currently working fine.
Don had to service this Pre-amp a couple years ago. But now that Don has 'merged' with Spatial Audio,
Does anyone know where the previous Sach's Products could be serviced?

Here is my Sachs Pre-Amp.

You should ask Don Sachs directly. He posts on this site or contact him through his site:  http://www.dsachsconsulting.com/custom%20line%20stage.html

Spatial Audio

I can say we are open to servicing any of Don's previous builds on a case-by-case basis. Parts availability is obviously a factor as well as consulting with Don, if needed. We definitely don't want anyone to go without service if we can assist.

Ummm my email address hasn't changed.  I can be found.  I have not merged with Spatial.  I simply retired from production and taught the crew at Spatial how to build the designs that Lynn and I came up with.  I still help out my old customers if they have a problem... really.  I'm not dead yet:)   I don't really want to touch things that are on the third owner since I built them, but I have also helped some of those folks by talking to their repair person and telling them how to fix things.  I try really hard not to strand people.  I certainly can tell Cloud at Spatial how to fix something as well if that is the best option.   He now has a lot of experience as a good tech.

OK, thanks ! - I am the original Owner of this Pre-amp, not the third. I bought it directly from you. I am sorry that I said you merged, as I only know what was on your website, and could not tell how you were handling previous customers.

Neither Don nor Cloud need any reputation bolstering from me, but, for what it's worth, whenever I've had any question that needed answering or service issue addressed, they've been nothing but responsive, thorough, and committed to resolving whatever the issue might be (and even then, the only issue I had with my Valhalla was entirely of my own inadvertent doing).
