My wife and I were married in 1974.  How true this is.   Life is to be lived, so enjoy the day, and savor every bite of it.

I graduated from college in '74, and I'm constantly amazed at how Millennials (and later) tend to look upon us as relics who could not possibly understand why they would get "turnt..."

Just tell the young’uns it wasn’t called “turnt” back then. It was just sex and drugs and rock n’ roll!
