Bass damping adjustment

Hi,
Question for Brian - which recordings do you find most useful when tuning the Passive Radiator, and why?

Thanks,

Richard

Just about any recording you're familiar with that has deep bass will work.

The key is to remove very little putty at a time, about as much as will fit under a fingernail.  Listen for clarity and definition of the bass, as well as extension.  If the sound becomes less clear, restore the putty you just removed.

Here are a couple:

1) Victor Wooten and Improv/Amazing Grace (Live Version) on the Bela Fleck Acoustic Live Art [Live]
 album.

Almost anything by Victor Wooten (LOOK HERE)

2) Dean Peer playing LORD'S TUNDRA off the UCROSS album

Take a listen to it HERE
