I a very happy owner of that terrific little combo: AMG-PRA & AMG-STA (highly recommended by
The Absolute Sound)
The speaker terminals at the back of the STA power amp accept bananas.
But do they also accept stripped cable? I cannot test this, as the speaker terminals of my STA are "blocked", so I cannot unscrew them (with my fingers).
I see I could have a grip on the plugs and use a tool to "force and unblock" them. But IF they accept bananas
only (=they would not be supposed to rotate), I would then break the inner soldering by twisting them with the tool...
I prefer to be careful and to ask before.
