Hi Rick,

How come the dip starting at ~13kHz is there?

That's inherent in the response of the Morel dome. It has a fairly wide diaphragm (28mm).

Wowza! Rick, They're beautiful! How about some specs/dimensions (in one pic they look as tall as the door in back of it).

Is it time to sell my Tempestas???

Cheers,
KP

Graphs posted today. Sensitivity is 91.5db, 4 ohm nominal impedance, -3db @45hz and -10db @ 30hz.

Thank you.

Welcome. I will say that the highs are very clean and detailed. The owner actually was quite involved with the project and  designed his own commercial speakers a few years back. The Morel tweeter was a good choice because of the small faceplate (yielding tighter driver spacing) and extended low frequency response for excellent integration with the dome mids. A ribbon would also be a good fit if more top octave extension is desired.
