You were LUCKY! We lived for three months in a newspaper-lined septic tank! We used to have to get up every morning, at six o'clock and clean the newspaper, go to work down the mill, fourteen hours a day, week in, week out, for sixpence a week, and when we got home, our dad would thrash us to sleep with his belt!

Dennis, I hope you get shoveled out before the next storm. You guys are in a real bad weather cycle now, but spring will be here soon!

well, there's still ~3-4' of snow on the ground here in fredneck maryland, and it's been snowing for a coupla hours.  while 0-2" is expected in dc, they say we'll be getting ~4" here.  nothing, compared to earlier, tho...
