Not totally sure of your question but there are many tubed pre-amps with HT bypass.  Cary, Modwright, BAT just to name a few.

Both Modwright preamps (9.0 and 36.5), and many others. Most ARC's, most VTL's, most BAT's, etc.

I offer an optional bypass for my SAS Audio Labs preamplifiers as well as others. One can leave the preamplifier off if one wishes.

Take care.

I believe Lloyd Peppard of Mapletree Audio Design offers HT bypass as an option for his tube preamps.

It is an option but I just would to note it is a no charge option as I had it included on mine.  Also the preamp is off when HT is in use, saving your tubes.

From my most recent pre-ventures :
Granite Audio 770 FP, Supratek Sauvignon, Dodd Audio - battery powered preamp.
RWA also plans to include this feature in their newest preamp but nothing official at this moment.

HT bypass seems to be coming increasingly popular on 2-channel preamps lately (that's why we install it on ours). It's not that hard to incorperate into an existing unit as long as there is a place to install the switch. If done properly, it does not have any ill effects on the unit.

The Rogue Audio 66 I had came with an HT bypass (and remote). I would have rather had the model that came with the inboard phono stage, though, it's one or the other with those.
