I can download the app on my ipad, but it doesn't see my BDP-2 when searching.  Are there settings that have to be synced?

I have a BryFi 2 as well but haven’t had any issues other than a weak WiFi signal.  I need to get a better WiFi dongle.  I mostly roll with music loaded to thumb drives and my wife mostly plays internet radio as it resides in the kitchen mostly.  We have decent in wall speakers on the main floor in several areas but the convenience factor wins.  It’s a neat little speaker with very clear sound and surprisingly good bass and impact.

 :lol:Adam found Tidal.
I was looking under the wrong setting.
That’s why the wife always insists I buy a real nice radio.
I use to crank my rig from the basement thru the stairwell to the outside deck in summer.
1:30 on the Vac pre dial with the 28s and the old 1812 Velodyne sub.
The Bryfi audio is so good I don’t miss the rig downstairs for deck time.
Wife likes it better also as now it’s quiet in the house and she has all her favorite tracks on a flash drive to play thru the Bryfi.
One thing I learned ....Don’t use your phone or iPad at the same time for a controller with the Bryfi.
Messes them both up totally for settings scrolling tracks, volume ect.
Use just one or the other and works great.
